Abstract: To address the urgent need for digital literacy of university teachers in the digital transformation of education and solve the problems of insufficient dynamics and single methods in traditional evaluation mechanisms, a dynamic monitoring mechanism for digital literacy of university teachers based on hybrid evaluation is constructed. Through literature research and system design, a hybrid evaluation index system was constructed and the operation process was designed. This mechanism, through multi-subject collaboration, multi-method integration and dynamic monitoring, can achieve precise assessment and continuous improvement of teachers'digital literacy. Research has confirmed that the dynamic monitoring mechanism based on hybrid evaluation canprovidea scientific and operational solution for the development of digital literacy of university teachers, which is conducive to promoting the implementation of the digital education strategy.
