Abstract: Based on the new demands for technical talents arising from new quality productive forces, this study examines the evaluation system of vocational competencies among higher vocational students. It analyzes challenges in dimension design, feedback mechanisms, and data collaboration. An optimized approach is proposed, including a three-dimensional“technology adaptation-innovation transfer-green responsibility”framework, a dynamic feedback mechanism, and enhanced school-enterprise-industry data collaboration. These improvements aim to develop a more scientific, adaptable, and guided evaluation system, providing theoretical and practical insights for cultivating high-quality talents.
