Exploration of the Innovative Ability Training Model for Engineering Talents through School Enterprise Collaboration

Abstract: With the further deepening of industrial upgrading and technological innovation, the traditional training model for engineering talents is unable to meet the demand of enterprises for innovative talents. The school enterprise collaborative comprehensive training model integrates the resources of universities and enterprises, constructs a“theoretical teaching practical training innovation incubation industrial application”full chain training system, and solves the problem of talent cultivation being disconnected from industrial demand. This article explores the connotation, key significance, implementation strategies, and core principles of the training mode, providing theoretical and practical references for the reform of engineering education in the new era.
