Abstract: As an important component of the modern vocational education system, the school enterprise cooperation practice base plays a crucial role in cultivating high skilled talents. The accelerated promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading has led to an increasing demand for high skilled talents. The school enterprise cooperation practice base provides an effective path for the cultivation of high skilled talents by integrating high-quality educational resources, building a school enterprise cooperation platform, and innovating talent training models. At present, the construction of school enterprise cooperation practice bases is facing problems such as incomplete infrastructure, imbalanced faculty structure, and insufficient depth of industry education integration. By improving infrastructure, optimizing faculty teams, and improving management systems, the comprehensive improvement of the quality of high skilled talent training can be achieved.
