Exploring the Path to Enhancing Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers in the Digital Wave

Abstract: The digital wave has brought profound changes to higher vocational education, and the improvement of digital literacy of higher vocational teachers is crucial for the digital transformation of education. Analyze the current status and existing problems of digital literacy among vocational college teachers, and combine the Teacher Digital Literacy standard with the type characteristics of vocational education to construct a “6+X” specialized digital literacy framework. Propose strategies for the deep integration of digital technology and education from two dimensions, exploring inward and extending outward. Building a diversified training system, deepening classroom digital applications, and ensuring a secure digital network environment. At the same time, empowering digital teaching innovation through collaborative efforts between government, schools, and enterprises, as well as the integration of industry and education.
