Abstract: Under the wave of digital transformation, the intelligent construction of campuses is profoundly influencing the direction of university physical education teaching reform. The application of innovative technologies and their teaching effectiveness are worthy of in-depth exploration. Drawing on international experience and combining with the practice of domestic universities, an analysis is conducted from dimensions such as curriculum design, teacher training, and platform construction. Digital transformation boosts the improvement of teaching quality, making courses more flexible and learning methods more diverse. Measures such as the construction of an intelligent curriculum system, the improvement of teachers'information literacy, and the refinement of resource sharing mechanisms constitute key supports for the reform. However, problems such as curriculum adaptability, teachers'skills, and data security still need to be solved, and innovative ideas are urgently needed to address them.
