Abstract: In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines, the continuous upgrading of industrial structure and the rapid development of emerging technologies have given rise to an urgent demand for innovative talents. This article explores the optimization path of the model of school enterprise collaboration in cultivating innovative talents, analyzes the current problems of uncoordinated interest mechanisms, unclear responsibility boundaries, and a disconnect between talent training programs and actual industry needs in school enterprise cooperation; To address these issues, optimization strategies such as establishing an integrated entity of industry and education to optimize resource allocation, restructuring the“dual mentor system”teaching model to strengthen engineering practice capabilities, and creating a collaborative innovation platform between schools and enterprises to promote the transformation and application of achievements are proposed. The above optimization mode aims to break through the problem of school enterprise collaboration in education, improve the quality of talent cultivation and industrial adaptability.
