Study on the Construction of the “Industry-Education Integration Community” and Talent Development Practices in Industry-Oriented Universities

Abstract: Industry-oriented universities, as an important hub for promoting the integrated development of education, technology, and talent, play a significant role in exploring innovative approaches to industry-education integration. This paper analyzes the problems in talent cultivation from supply-side, implementation-side, and management-side perspectives within industry-education integration practices. It further analyzes the form and innovative practices of the industry-education integration community. From the aspects of innovative talent cultivation platforms, optimizing the technological innovation ecosystem, and strengthening the common cultural foundation, this paper proposes constructing a community of education and talent cultivation based on shared development needs, a teaching and research community based on industry-academia-research-application collaboration, and a cultural community based on value guidance. These interconnected approaches offer multidimensional pathways for industry-specific universities to develop industry-education collaborative education communities, providing theoretical and practical references for advancing integrated talent development models.
