Research on the Collaborative Development Mechanism between the“Pharmaceutical and Mechanized” Specialty Group in Higher Vocational Education and the Regional Health Industry——Taking Hunan Food and Drug Vocational College as an Example

Abstract: This article summarizes the principles that should be followed for the coordinated development of specialty groups and industries, including serving regional economic development, resource sharing and mutual benefit, innovation driven development, and sustainable development orientation; By deepening the cooperation between industry, academia, and research, optimizing the structure of specialty groups, expanding internship and training bases, and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, this article elaborates in detail on the strategies for effectively connecting and coordinating the development of the“pharmaceutical and mechanized”specialty group in higher vocational education with the regional health industry. Research has shown that implementing these strategies can significantly enhance the service capabilities of higher vocational education and the competitiveness of the regional health industry, promoting multi-party win-win and collaborative development.
