Abstract: With the acceleration of China's population aging process, the value of higher education in the development of community elderly care services is increasingly prominent. Research has shown that universities can significantly enhance the professionalization and sustainability of community elderly care services through systematic talent cultivation, technological innovation, and resource integration. This article proposes a four-dimensional strategy to address existing challenges: deepening the integration of professional courses and interdisciplinary approaches in elderly care services, and cultivating versatile talents; Promote the joint construction of industry university research platforms and accelerate the transformation of aging friendly technological achievements; Build a community training system of“theory + practice + certification”to enhance the professional abilities of practitioners; Improve the incentive mechanism for student community practice, and promote intergenerational resource complementarity and innovative vitality release through institutional design such as credit certification and two-way evaluation. These paths provide systematic solutions to solve the problems of talent shortage and resource dispersion in elderly care services, laying the foundation for building a new elderly care ecosystem that is empowered by technology, cared for by humanity, and coordinated by multiple parties.
