Exploration on Experiment Teaching Reform of Genomics for Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract: Cultivating innovative scientific talents is the core mission in modern life sciences. Enhancing students'scientific exploration spirit and innovative practical abilities in undergraduate education meets national strategic requirements for bio-pharmaceutical innovation and development. Genomics, an integrated and advanced field, combines genetics, bioinformatics, computer science, etc. Reforming its teaching model is important role, significant for nurturing innovative talents. Long-term exploration and systematic summarization of teaching practices reveal that shifting from traditional one-way knowledge transmission to a research-oriented, problem-driven teaching system effectively stimulates students'research interest and fosters innovative thinking.
