Abstract: Aiming at the disconnection between college physics experiment teaching and the training needs of innovative talents for emerging engineering education, this paper conducts systematic model innovation and practice under the guidance of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept. Through reverse design, it constructs a coherent teaching objective system of“physics foundation - engineering application - innovation literacy”, adopts a trinity preview mode of“operation micro-lecture - principle animation - virtual simulation”and a dual-drive classroom teaching method of“problem chain + project-based learning”, and establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism emphasizing process and innovation ability. Practice shows that this model effectively improves students'engineering practical ability and innovative thinking, providing a feasible path for integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into basic experiment teaching.
