Evaluation and Improvement Measures of Student Management Quality in Vocational Colleges under the Background of the New Era—Based on the Perspective of Talent Cultivation Quality

Abstract: Student management is the core link of management work in vocational colleges. In the context of the new era, student management is facing increasingly complex situations. In view of this, this article focuses on the evaluation and improvement strategies of student management quality in vocational colleges in the new era from the perspective of talent cultivation quality. The study first analyzed the current situation of student management, and comprehensively evaluated the quality of student management from two dimensions: constructing a management quality evaluation framework and establishing a quality level discrimination system. Based on the evaluation results, this article proposes a series of targeted improvement measures, including strengthening professional certification management, optimizing curriculum management system, and emphasizing the cultivation of students'multidimensional abilities, in order to provide reference for the innovation of student management models in vocational colleges.
