Abstract: Against the backdrop of the“dual carbon”goals and the construction of new power systems, this paper takes the course power system analysis as its entry point. Addressing issues such as outdated teaching content, monotonous teaching modes, insufficient integration of ideological and political education, and rigid assessment methods, it proposes a“four-axis, four-helix”teaching reform plan. By integrating the HWDT-II comprehensive power system automation experimental platform, the plan strengthens the deep integration of theory and practice. It establishes a four-axis linkage mechanism comprising the“curriculum content-driven axis, teaching model-propelled axis, ideological and political navigation axis, and assessment-promoted axis”. This framework facilitates a spiral enhancement of students'knowledge, competencies, qualities, and learning quality, thereby providing high-caliber applied talent to support the development of new power systems.
