Construction Path of Innovative Education Practice System for Law Majors in Application-Oriented Universities under Non Directive Teaching

Abstract: With the increasing demand for applied legal talents in society, the education of law majors in applied universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. The non directive teaching philosophy emphasizes the student-centered position and respects their autonomy and creativity. This article aims to explore how to establish an innovative education practice system for law majors in applied universities under non directive teaching concepts, from multiple aspects such as curriculum design, teaching methods, practical teaching links, and diversified evaluations. The goal is to improve the practical and innovative abilities of law students and provide high-quality applied legal talents for society.
