Abstract: In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it proposed to "implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization", which is another great leap in the theory of rural development after "overall planning of urban and rural development" and "building a new socialist countryside", and is the outline of rural development in the new historical period. This paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating native talents of rural e-commerce under the strategy of rural revitalization, and probes into the specific implementation path of cultivating native talents of rural e-commerce under the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the perspectives of solving the shortage of funds, deploying native enrollment, optimizing curriculum system, building teachers' team and fine classification of posts.
