Abstract: New industrialization drives industries towards high-end and intelligent transformation, highlighting the structural contradiction between talent supply and industrial demand. It is urgent for the industry-education integration community to upgrade to a“digital-intelligent ecology”. Currently, the community faces issues such as subject fragmentation, standard disconnection, and data silos. Combining the characteristics of new industrialization and based on the practice of Guangdong a certain university, this paper proposes a path system of“three-dimensional subject collaboration - four-stage process closed-loop - digital-intelligent technology support”, which breaks through the bottlenecks through mechanisms like co-determination of standards, co-management of processes, and co-recognition of achievements. Practice shows that this approach enhances enterprise participation and talent matching, offering valuable insights for higher education's industry engagement and community development.
