Innovation in the Path of Professional Ability Cultivation for Pre Service English Teachers—Empirical Insights Based on the Development Issues of in-Service Teachers

Abstract: This article conducted an empirical survey on 257 primary school English teachers and found that there is a structural imbalance in the development of teachers'professional abilities. In response to this issue, an innovative“dilemma oriented”pre employment training paradigm is proposed, which constructs a five dimensional training framework of“disciplinary ability foundation, teaching and research empowerment, practical system integration, career planning, and pre employment integration”, promotes the transformation of pre employment training mode from“post rescue”to“forward-looking planning”, and helps cultivate English education talents with cultural confidence.
