Research on the Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training Model Based on Discipline Integration

Abstract: In the context of industrial upgrading and technological innovation, vocational undergraduate programs need to break through traditional disciplinary boundaries and build a talent training system that adapts to industry development. As the main body of teaching implementation, teachers can build a multidimensional competency framework based on job requirements, innovate teaching models, drive students'ability advancement through knowledge integration and application, integrate practical resources, strengthen the collaborative education mechanism between industry and education, improve evaluation mechanisms, establish a multidimensional quality monitoring system throughout the entire process, achieve precise matching between talent cultivation and vocational job requirements, promote the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation quality in vocational undergraduate education, and assist in the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
