Exploration of the Construction Path of Industrial Colleges in Applied Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: The core of developing new quality productive forces is to cultivate new quality talents. Vigorously cultivating new quality talents is an important guarantee for the development of science and technology, and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of talent cultivation. In this context, the article outlines the necessity and importance of constructing industrial colleges in applied universities, analyzes the problems of incomplete organizational structure, unsmooth operation mechanism, and uneven talent supply in the current practice of industrial college construction. Guided by the four principles of industrial college construction, it proposes paths such as building a good organizational structure, operating mode based on industry logic, innovating curriculum system, constructing new modes of education, strengthening teaching staff, and building joint practice platforms to empower the construction of industrial colleges in applied universities.
