Abstract: Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts, the cultivation of innovation ability for graduate students in management requires not only in-depth theoretical learning, but also innovative activities and practical experience. However, there are problems such as a single curriculum and teaching mode, an imperfect training and evaluation system, and a lack of depth in interdisciplinary integration, which make it difficult for graduate students in management to enhance their innovation and practical abilities. To enhance the innovation ability of graduate students in economics and management, emphasis should be placed on promoting the reform and optimization of graduate courses, stimulating the innovation drive of graduate students through the integration of teaching and research, and establishing interdisciplinary collaborative innovation research centers.
