Abstract: This article explores the specific implementation strategies of applying digital intelligence technology to the construction of college English courses, achieving a first-class curriculum with“gender parity”(high-level, innovative, and challenging). Taking the college English reading and writing 2 course as the research object, this paper first constructs a theoretical framework that deeply integrates digital intelligence empowerment and the“two sexes and one degree”standard, aiming to explain how data insights and intelligent technologies systematically enhance the thinking depth, innovative vitality and cognitive intensity of the course. The core contribution of the research lies in the design and implementation of a digital and intelligent teaching model covering the entire process of“guided learning - walking learning - research learning”. Through the empirical research on the course case of“activating the contemporary vitality of traditional cultural values”, it has been verified that this strategy can effectively achieve the high-level nature of teaching objectives, the innovativeness of the teaching process, and the challenge level of learning tasks. This study provides an operational paradigm for improving the quality of college English courses in the digital intelligence era.
