Abstract: This article applied the CBL combined SST teaching model to the undergraduate pharmacology teaching of pharmacy, aiming to improve students'clinical thinking and interest. In the teaching process, by introducing specific cases and creating vivid situations, the traditional teaching mode can be transformed into a teaching mode based on students'active exploration. Compared with traditional methods, this new teaching method has shown significant advantages in many aspects, such as better cultivating students'sense of innovation and professionalism, and significantly improving their practical ability. The results show that the final theoretical examination scores of students in this model are significantly higher than those of traditional teaching, and the teaching satisfaction rate is 90.3%, which is an effective way to cultivate pharmaceutical talents, but there are also problems such as students'academic pressure and limited preparation time.
