Abstract: This paper proposes a path for constructing a collaborative mechanism based on three dimensions—evaluation, guidance, and management—to address the issue of improving the quality of undergraduate graduation theses (designs) in colleges and universities. By systematically analyzing the current quality status and existing problems of undergraduate graduation theses (designs) in colleges and universities, it explores the impact of the scientificity of the evaluation system, the effectiveness of the guidance process, and the standardization of management systems on the quality of theses. Combining specific cases, the study puts forward specific strategies for building a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism, including optimizing the evaluation index system, strengthening the guiding responsibilities of supervisors, and improving management processes, aiming to provide a systematic solution for enhancing the quality of undergraduate graduation theses (designs) in colleges and universities.
