Path to Improve the Innovation and Practice Ability of Professional Degree Graduate Students in Local Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: New-quality productivity represents a high-level, modernized productivity driven by innovation. The development of new-quality productivity necessitates high-quality talents with a spirit of innovation and practical capabilities. Oriented towards the development needs of new-quality productivity, clear objectives have been established for cultivating the practical and innovative capabilities of professional degree graduate students in applied local universities. Centering around the current situation of cultivating practical and innovative capabilities of professional degree graduate students in local universities, this paper analyzes the cultivation requirements of new-quality productivity for these students. It proposes development ideas from three aspects: promoting deep integration of industry and education, building innovation platforms, and implementing personalized training plans. Furthermore, it explores strategies for cultivating the practical and innovative capabilities of professional degree graduate students in local universities from the perspective of new-quality productivity.
