Abstract: In the context of the new power system, the training of electrical engineering professionals is facing challenges. There are currently problems such as a lagging curriculum system, mismatched training objectives with industry needs, lack of diversity in collaborative education models, and formalized assessment methods. It is suggested to reshape the curriculum system, optimize training objectives, promote diversified collaborative education models, and enhance the effectiveness of assessments. These measures aim to cultivate high-quality electrical engineering professionals who meet the needs of the new power system and promote innovative development in the power industry.
