Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education Path in the Course of “Food Additives” for Application-orientated University

Abstract: Food Additives is the elective courses in Food Science, and it has distinct ideological and political elements. In order to improve the teaching quality of the course, combining the characteristics of the ideological and political education at the present stage, Food Additives has taken the idea and method of ideological and political education. This paper introduced the necessary and feasible of the ideological and political education of the course; the goals of ideological and political education, the integration of the ideological and political education of the curriculum, teaching method and assessment methods of this course were also explored.
