Application of Case Teaching in Heat Treatment Principle and Process Course

Abstract: Case teaching is an effective way to improve the ability of students to analyze and solve problems, and it is a necessary measure to adapt to the current development of education towards the integration of industry and education. This paper mainly discusses the application of case teaching during heat treatment principle and process from three aspects: the importance of case teaching, the implementation plan of case teaching and the implementation difficulties of case teaching. At the same time, this paper puts forward that the teaching reform can be carried out from the aspects of case base construction, case design, process evaluation and so on, to better implement case teaching.
