Research on Strategies for Enhancing Innovation Ability of Business Students in Henan Universities

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the innovation driven development strategy, improving the innovation ability of business students and cultivating excellent business talents can make an important contribution to promoting regional innovation and development. This article first elaborates on the contemporary value of enhancing the innovation ability of business students in Henan universities, and then analyzes and solves problems from three perspectives: innovation environment, innovation consciousness, and innovation practice. It proposes practical strategies such as attaching importance to resource and innovation culture construction, breaking the passive learning thinking, and strengthening the deep integration of“education, competition, and enterprise”, hoping to provide reference for improving the quality of business talent cultivation in Henan universities and promoting the reform of the higher education system.
