Abstract: In the process of digitalization, the traditional talent cultivation model for secretarial studies has been unable to meet the demands of enterprises for secretarial talents in the digital age, and the cultivation of secretarial studies talents is facing new opportunities and challenges. This article clarifies the direction by exploring the necessity of reforming the talent cultivation model of secretarial studies driven by digitalization. Facing the challenges and problems encountered in the reform process, it lists implementation cases, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality secretarial studies talents that meet the needs of The Times, and promoting the innovative development of secretarial studies professional teaching.
