Exploration on the Practical Teaching Model of the Major of Social Sports Instruction and Management under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's sports undertakings, the demand for high-quality sports talents is becoming increasingly urgent. Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the practical teaching of the major of social sports instruction and management plays an important role in cultivating compound talents with practical abilities and an innovative spirit. Through research methods such as literature review, field investigation and logical analysis, it is found that currently, the practical teaching model of the major of social sports instruction and management faces challenges such as vague goal orientation, weak teaching staff and imperfect evaluation systems. In view of this, combined with the actual needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent cultivation, efforts are made to explore the construction path of the practical teaching model of the major of social sports instruction and management, clarify principles such as being oriented by the market and ability cultivation, improve diversified practical teaching contents and formulate feasible implementation strategies, hoping to provide a useful reference for the improvement of the practical teaching model of this major.
