Exploration and Practice of Standardization Construction of Enterprise Training Management

Abstract

Abstract: The operation efficiency of enterprise training depends on the operation system, and the standardized training management platform is the key to the efficiency of enterprise training. How to build a training management platform in line with the characteristics of the enterprise and ensure the efficient operation of the enterprise training is the only way for the enterprise to carry out systematic and scientific staff training. This paper shares the actual cases of the authors’ unit training standardization construction, which can provide an important reference for the construction of enterprise training management platform.
