Abstract: Relying on its airspace and transportation characteristics, Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Transportation has jointly established Guangxi's first low-altitude transportation innovation application center with the participation of “government, industry, school, and enterprise”. As the only low-altitude economy and Beidou science popularization base in Guangxi, the center can serve science popularization, skill training, low-altitude application scenarios, and low-altitude airspace information in Guangxi and ASEAN countries. Based on the practical experience of the center, this article explores the connotation mechanism, challenges, and countermeasures of low-altitude new productive forces, and proposes a working model for building a school-enterprise team and a practical path of“three dimensions and three steps”.

Key words: Low-altitude economy, New quality productivity, Transportation colleges/universities, Innovative applications of low-altitude transportation, University-enterprise collaboration model, Research on practical pathways
