Practical Strategy of Cultivating Outstanding Innovative Talents in Higher Physical Education Institutions under the Background of “Industry-University-Research”

Abstract

Abstract: In the context of the increasingly close cooperation between “industry-university-research”, the cultivation of top innovative talents in higher physical education institutions is facing new requirements. At present, there is an urgent need to cultivate high-quality talents with innovation ability in the field of physical education, in order to promote the sustainable development of sports. However, there are deficiencies in the education mechanism, practice platform and faculty, which limit the effect of talent cultivation. Based on this, the paper puts forward the practical strategies of optimizing the education mechanism, thickly planting the practice platform, and expanding the faculty, with a view to providing practical guidance for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in colleges and universities of higher physical education and contributing to the construction of a strong sports nation.
