Abstract: With the expansion of enrollment in universities and the increasing pressure of employment, college students are facing increasingly fierce competition in the job market. As a measure to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students, the second bachelor's degree in universities has received widespread attention in recent years, but it still faces many problems, such as uneven distribution of educational resources, unreasonable curriculum design, and a single employment concept among students. This article aims to analyze the problems faced by second bachelor's degree education in universities in the guidance of college students'employment, and explore corresponding practical strategies, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of college students'employment and promoting the healthy development of second bachelor's degree education in universities.
