Abstract: In the new era, the industrial structure is rapidly upgrading, and the traditional engineering education model is facing challenges, making it difficult to meet the demand for composite engineering talents in the industry. Under the guidance of the new engineering education concept, this article carries out a reform of the composite talent training system oriented towards industry needs, explores the strategy of interdisciplinary integration, and proposes an industry-specific composite talent training model that adapts to the needs of the new era. By optimizing the discipline structure, deepening school enterprise cooperation, innovating teaching methods and evaluation systems, comprehensively improving students'comprehensive quality, engineering practice ability, interdisciplinary innovation ability, promoting the connotative development of higher education, and providing solid talent support for scientific and technological progress and industrial development.
