Research on Talent Cultivation Strategies of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of New Normal

Abstract: From the perspective of the new normal, in order to enhance the function of higher education to serve regional economic development, this paper focuses on the new breakthrough strategy of revitalization and development of Liaoning Province to carry out research on the cultivation path of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the collaborative practice of government and enterprise in Anshan University, this paper analyzes the structural deficiencies in the current curriculum system, education mechanism and integration of production and education, proposes a strategy system for docking industries, restructuring courses and innovating models, and forms a talent training structure oriented by ability, with projects as the carrier and mechanisms as the support, so as to provide a practical path for colleges and universities to deepen education reform and regional high-quality development.
