Abstract: With the acceleration of digital transformation in the field of supply chain management, traditional teaching methods are unable to meet the demand of enterprises for versatile talents. This article focuses on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and explores its specific application in blended teaching of supply chain management in universities. Research has shown that the integration of OBE concept and blended learning can effectively solve problems such as the disconnect between theory and practice and lagging evaluation in traditional teaching. Through the three-dimensional path of“school enterprise collaboration interdisciplinary collaboration hierarchical task driven”, it promotes students to transform from passive learners to active problem solvers, achieving seamless connection between ability cultivation and industry demand. This model can provide a systematic and flexible reform plan for supply chain management education in universities, and assist in the transformation of talent cultivation paradigms in the digital economy era.
