Strategies to Improve the Guidance Ability of Local College Counselors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under Innovation-Driven Strategy

Abstract: College counselors play an important role in guiding students’academic development. With the increasing importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education under the innovation-driven development strategy, local college counselors are also facing objective requirements to enhance their own innovation and entrepreneurship education guidance capabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the shortcomings of counselors in this area and adopt targeted improvement strategies. This article first analyzes the impact of innovation-driven development strategy on innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities, then analyzes the shortcomings of the guidance ability of local university counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and finally provides specific strategies, in order to provide support and reference for related work.
