Research on Influencing Factors of Collaborative Development of Teaching and Research of Young Teachers in Universities

Abstract: :With the increasing emphasis on young teachers in colleges and universities, the importance of the collaborative development of teaching and research of young teachers in colleges and universities has become increasingly prominent. However, they often paying too much attention to scientific research and neglecting teaching in practice. In order to improve this phenomenon, this paper uses the grounded theory to build a model of influencing factors for the collaborative development of teaching and research of young teachers, and puts forward suggestions for collaborative development, which will help to promote the overall optimization of college teachers and improve the quality of higher education.
