Research on the Design and Practice of Talent Training Program for University Music Teachers under Interdisciplinary Cooperation Mode

Abstract: With the increasing demand for high-quality comprehensive talents in society, interdisciplinary cooperation has become an important direction for higher education reform. This article explores the application advantages, program design, practical strategies, and safeguard measures of interdisciplinary cooperation models in the talent cultivation of music teachers in universities. Firstly, analyze the role of interdisciplinary cooperation, and then propose specific strategies such as joint curriculum development, implementation of workshops, cross school cooperation projects, establishment of research groups, introduction of industry experts, and utilization of technology platforms. Guarantee measures are also proposed from multiple aspects, in order to provide a scientific and effective path and method for the cultivation of music teachers in universities.
