Research on the Talent Training Model of “Project Oriented + Digital Marketing Studio”for Cross-Border E-commerce Majors

Abstract: There is a large shortage of talents in the field of cross-border e-commerce. It is important to cultivate a group of application-oriented talents who master cross-border e-commerce knowledge. However, there are problems in the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals in China. Taking a university in Hunan Province as the research object, the“project oriented + digital marketing studio”talent training model is introduced to construct a professional ability target system based on school enterprise cooperation and digital marketing studios, in order to enhance students'practical ability, increase professional employment rate, reduce teaching costs, improve professional teaching level, and build a two-way evaluation system for talent cultivation.
