Career Planning Guidance Strategies for Undergraduate Students in Preschool Education at Private Colleges in Yunnan Province Based on Social Needs

Abstract: In the background of booming development of preschool education, the demand for preschool education professionals in society is increasing day by day, and higher requirements are put forward for the quality and ability of talents. This article focuses on the career planning guidance for undergraduate students in preschool education at private colleges in Yunnan Province, and deeply analyzes social needs, and combines the rich ethnic cultural characteristics of Yunnan Province, such as unique ethnic songs and dances, folk activities, traditional handicrafts, etc., to propose targeted and adaptive guiding principles and strategies, in order to help students better meet the needs of the job market, achieve personal career development goals, and meet the urgent need of society for preschool education talents that integrate local ethnic and cultural elements.
