Abstract: This paper explores the evaluation strategies of first-class disciplines and proposes a multidimensional, multi-faceted, and multi-stakeholder classification evaluation system. It aims to provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of first-class disciplines in universities. By reviewing the current state of discipline evaluation and analyzing the key factors in discipline development, the proposed evaluation system covers various dimensions, including overall development level, improvement, and sustainable development capacity. By integrating a multi-faceted evaluation system with classification assessment strategies, this approach helps enhance the quality of discipline construction, optimize resource allocation, and promote differentiated development of disciplines.
