Abstract: With the deepening development of economic globalization, as an important language tool of international communication, the importance of English professional talent training has become increasingly prominent. At the same time, the rapid development of artificial intelligence has brought about changes to the field of education. The application of AI-assisted translation technology not only improves the translation efficiency, but also provides new possibilities for the teaching of English majors. How to integrate AI-assisted translation in traditional English professional education and cultivate innovative talents who have a solid language foundation and can adapt to the future development trend has become an important topic to enhance the employment competitiveness of English professional students and provide new ideas and new directions for the development of foreign language education in China. This study will through the analysis and explore the AI auxiliary translation technology in the related theory and practice of English professional, combined with the new liberal arts education idea, explore and put forward the feasible English professional innovation talent training strategy, provide reference for the innovation and development of English professional education in China, help to cultivate more high-quality talents to meet the needs of The Times.
