Abstract: In the era of“Internet +”, innovation and entrepreneurship education models in universities urgently need transformation and upgrading to adapt to the development needs of the digital economy. Currently, university innovation and entrepreneurship education faces problems such as lagging concept updates, insufficient digital curriculum systems, weak practical platform support, and incomplete multi-agent coordination mechanisms, which seriously constrains the quality of innovative talent cultivation. The new innovation and entrepreneurship education model constructed on data-driven,platform-supported, and ecosystem-collaborative concepts can significantly improve talent training effectiveness. Strategies such as updating educational concepts, optimizing curriculum systems, building multi-level practical platforms, and establishing multi-agent coordination mechanisms provide feasible paths for the digital transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. These measures have important value for cultivating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents adapted to the digital economy development, promoting deep integration between universities and enterprises, and accelerating the construction of a new ecosystem of university innovation and entrepreneurship education adapted to the“Internet +”era.
