Research on the Evaluation and Training Path of Innovation Ability of MBA Graduate

Abstract: Cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students is an important task of graduate education in colleges and universities. Taking MBA graduate students as the research object, this paper constructs and empirically tests the evaluation system model of the innovation ability of MBA graduate students. The results show that there are differences in the explanation of MBA graduate students' innovation ability in different dimensions. Specifically, innovative thinking has the greatest influence on the innovation ability of MBA graduate students, followed by innovation quality and innovation skills, and knowledge accumulation is the least. The above findings have important theoretical significance for MBA graduate training in colleges and universities.
