Research on the Education Path of Craftsmanship Spirit for Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

Abstract

Abstract: The spirit of craftsmanship is a spiritual concept that emphasizes excellence, pursuit of excellence, and love for the profession, which is consistent with the talent cultivation goals of vocational education. At present, the integration of industry and education has become an important development trend for vocational colleges to promote education and teaching work. This article explores the necessity of vocational college students'craftsmanship education from the perspective of industry education integration, analyzes the current situation of education, and finally proposes a practical path, hoping to improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation and cultivate more high-quality vocational and technical skills talents that adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of enterprise employment.
