Abstract: With the increasing emphasis on vocational education by the country, vocational colleges are playing an increasingly important role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. As an important indicator for measuring students' comprehensive abilities, professional competence not only concerns their employment competitiveness, but also directly affects their future career development. Therefore, from the perspective of“double innovation”, vocational colleges must keep up with the pace of the times in cultivating students’professional qualities, actively integrate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, and actively respond to the diversified and dynamic demands of society for talents. This article will start from the connotation of“double innovation”education, analyze the necessity of cultivating vocational literacy from the perspective of“double innovation”, and explore the path of vocational literacy cultivation for vocational college students for reference.
