Abstract: The“three integrations”refer to the integration of goals, resources, and development, which meet the needs of public English teaching and school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. Under the concept of“three integrations”, the construction and application of vocational college public English teaching and school enterprise cooperation mechanism can enhance the comprehensive English quality and application ability of vocational college students, and meet the demand of enterprises for high-quality skilled talents. This article elaborates on the concept of“three integrations”, analyzes the significance of the reform of public English teaching in vocational colleges based on school enterprise cooperation under the concept of“three integrations”, analyzes the problems existing in public English teaching in vocational colleges, and finally proposes measures for the reform of public English teaching in vocational colleges based on school enterprise cooperation under the concept of“three integrations”.
